By browsing or placing an order on Trinoraa, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, in which case you'll be notified and refunded in full if payment was already made.
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay). Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details.
We currently ship across India only. See our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and charges.
We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review product photos, descriptions and sizing carefully before ordering. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped — contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
We make every effort to display our jewellery accurately, but actual colour and finish may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Don't misuse the site, attempt to access it through unauthorised means, or interfere with its normal operation.
